Koi Fish Shipping Information
Our Koi are shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air. Shipping is flat rate. When purchasing, any number of fish can be combined into one shipment. There is no extra cost for combined shipping. Please note, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside the USA.
When you shop with our farm, be expected to pay LOW shipping rates. After all, after spending as much money as we do on our beloved Nishikigoi, who wants to run into the expensive costs of various shipping rates? That’s why with Artisan Koi Farm, we can offer you an unbeatable flat shipping rate of $47.00! Free shipping for Koi orders over $499!
Cutoff for same day shipping is 12 PM Eastern Time.
If your order is placed after 12 PM it will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.
Shipping Days are Monday thru Thursday for delivery Tuesday thru Friday.
It is not possible for us to ship for delivery on a Sunday or Monday.
Tracking Numbers are sent after your order has been packaged for shipment in the afternoon hours.
Saturday delivery is available to most areas for an additional $20 charge. Please contact us either before or immediately after placing your order so we can check the availability for Saturday delivery in your area. We will bill you for the extra $20 charge via PayPal or Credit card, whichever you prefer.
If you need to receive your fish on a certain day
If you want to receive your fish on a specific day, please put your requested shipping day or date in the "Order Instructions" on the shopping cart page. Be sure to click the Save button before proceeding to checkout; otherwise, your request will not be recorded. You may also contact us after your order has been placed with your request.
Please note that depending on the time of day your order is placed we may immediately package and ship your fish so please contact us right away with your shipping request. If no request is made then your order will automatically ship on the next available shipping day. We will gladly hold your fish for up to 7 days before shipping.
Tracking Your Shipment
A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been packaged for shipment. Tracking numbers are not generated prior to orders being packed. If you do not receive your tracking number by 5PM the day before your order is scheduled to arrive please email us. You may also see tracking info by logging into your account and viewing your Order History.
