Return Policy

Koi Returns
Due to health concerns, we will not accept returns or replacements for live koi fish. Keeping our farm as clean as possible is vital. And in doing so, all koi sales are final. By doing this, we will assure that all future koi deliveries will be clean and healthy for all of our customers moving forward. Therefore, once koi are sold to our customers, we will not allow any koi to come back under any circumstances. We have found that this is the best way to combat against contaminations and the spread of any diseases outside of our facility.

 

Although we do not accept returns, we do have a policy for anything was to happen to your fish within a 14 day holding period. If anything happens to your fish within the period, such as illness and/or death, we will NOT send a replacement. Instead, we will issue in store credit which can be used for anything on our website. When the store credit processed, it must be used within {X months} from the date of the issue.

Supply Returns:

If you plan on returning items such as koi food or medicine, you may return the item for a refund within {X days of received}. As long as the package has not been damaged or opened, the customer is allowed a refund. If you would like to return an item, please email us at artisankoifarm@yahoo.com for authorization. 

 

Keep in mind that freight and any other charges or costs are non-refundable. To make things convenient, we will deduct these charges out of your refund.

 

After a return request has been received, we will process your refund which will take approximately 1-2 weeks. After your refund is processed, your money will be credited back into your account. If you paid by check or cash, a check will be mailed to you.
